Up to the Mountain

In April 1968, just before he died, Dr Martin Luther King delivered his final speech, ‘I’ve Been to the Mountaintop‘.  In that speech, he called for unity, economic action, and non-violent protest, while challenging the United States to live up to its ideals of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the right to protest.  Most of all, he called for justice, fairness and honesty.

So wherever you are, whatever you are facing, go on together in peace.  Let truth and and justice be your talisman.
