I really love this poem written by Canberra poet and writer, Wormsie. Wormsie writes about daily life, the natural world and our place in it, and the challenges ahead. Check her out.

Thank you so much! And I love my Aussified handle. I can’t believe I didn’t think of “Wormsie” myself! It’s genius. Well, to be honest, I didn’t think of Worms either. 🙂

You are so welcome. 😊
Though Tracy doesn’t write poems very often, I hold her in high esteem as a poet.

Oh me too! And a prose-writer! And a photographer! And she’s knowledgeable on music and plants and birds. And i love her mosaics and artwork. All in all, there’s much to be admired.

Oh, those things she is well known for in the blogosphere! Admittedly so much to admire and learn.
She underplays her poetry though!

I jest not, Tracy! I am actually in awe but won’t embarrass you further. I meant it. ❤️

Thank you, Wormsie. I get a lot of behind the scenes help to do all those things you mentioned so it is a team effort.

I guess we’re all part of a team, when you put it that way. 🙂. I mean if we were called to make a speech and receive an award we’d thank lots of people.

I just read some of them. You’re right. I was particularly struck by the imagery, so vivid!
