Weekly Photo Challenge – Experimental

I am sharing two photos today – one of a flowering bottlebrush and another of the birthday girl (for no other reason than its her birthday).

When I noticed my bottlebrush was flowering, I quickly ran outside to take some photos before the next storm front arrived.  Sometimes an odd photo turns up by chance.

And here she is – five years old today.  I did have a play with Photoshop, but in the end decided that nothing beats the original.
